[Scribus] Using Tables

In Scribus 1.3.3.1, I can see how to insert a table, but I cannot find
anywhere any documentation on how to get text in. If I insert some text, it
all goes in the first cell. I need to know the magic "cell-break" code.

In general, it seems this mailing list could be a lot quieter if more
information was locatable within the help.
