[Scribus] Scribus 1.3.3.1 Menu

This happened to me several months ago, for still unknown reasons. The 
fix I came up with (AKA, the when-everything-else-fails fix) was to 'mv 
Scribus Scribus.bak' or just delete the directory, then download the 
1.3.3.1 version again and recompile. I gather you're using the static 
file rather than CVS?
