[Scribus] Folded Newsletter

I make up a newsletter for my car club using A4 printed both sides and folded
to end up with B4 size book.

Currently I use MS Publisher 95. This allows one to print in a 'book fold'
format. For example if one had only a 4 page document.

Landscape layout, A4
2 pages printed, first has page 4 on the left and page 1 on the right,
second has page 2 on the left and page 3 on the right.

If it is possible in Scribus I have not worked out how to do it. Anyone know
if it can do this?
