[Scribus] Announce Scribus 1.3.3.2 Release

I tried to add that repository to Synaptic on my Ubuntu-64 Breezy
computer, but it won't add. I open the Custom window and type it in
with "deb" in front --

deb http://debian.scribus.net

But when I click on OK nothing happens. It is not added to the list.
Hence all I can install is what I currently have, 1.2.2.1-1. What am I
doing wrong?
