[Scribus] outlining fonts

100% ack about the need to improve the font tab in PDF export dialog --
e.g. nothing against converting fonts to outlines, but this procedure
shouldn't be called "Subsetting", it simply misleads users. The RFE
#3701 http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=3701 contains some improvement
ideas and explanations from Scribus team members, please add yours there.
