My guess is, your question is plainly wrong and based
on an obvious misunderstanding, Samuel. Support for
those languages in Scribus doesn't mean "developing
such fonts" by Scribus team, but rather rendering
them correctly:)

If you mean Scribus as well, that's a valid point,
IMHO. There is obviously so much interest in
supporting those languages, but I haven't seen many
native speakers so far who would offer substantial
help and started doing something.
