[Scribus] running scribus 1.2.4.1 want to upgrade

Wrong assumption, Oleksandr Moskalenko (our Debian and Ubuntu packager)
 paves your way with roses:)

The best you can do is to wait a few days for the 1.3.3.5 release and
install scribus-ng from the debian.scribus.net repository.
