[Scribus] Properties dialogue disappeared

This is probably a case of the properties box being displayed of the 
side of the screen some-ware, try finding your .scribus directory and 
renaming it. This will mean that scribus can no longer find it's 
preflights fills and will recreate it, and that should solve the 
problem.
