[Scribus] printing to file with non-standard paper size

The paper size for print is not the same as the document/page paper
size, as is normal for DTP apps. You can choose what paper to use in the
print dialog (properties, I think).
This uses the CUPS library. However, I don't think Scribus does use the
CUPS library when printing to a PostScript file, though I haven't
checked. I remember running into similar issues with the inability to
set paper sizes etc when printing to file.
I don't know of a solution for this one off the top of my head.
