[Scribus] move by 1 pixel

You know what?  I have the same issue.  I thought it was something I did
, and didn't think anything about it.  But yes, I have two machines, one
running 1.3.3.4, and the other 1.3.3.5, and both move in huge
increments.

I upgraded to 1.3.3.4 & no longer can move a 'frame' in tiny increments.

Has it been changed? (I think it was ctr or alt + direction arrow) or
lost to this upgrade. If so, bring it back PLEASE. Can't tell you how
frustrating it is to move precisely without it.
