[Scribus] Announce: Scribus 1.3.4 Feature Freezeand1.3.3.6String Freeze

I am just replying, but using Outlook 2003.  If I am top posting, I am not
sure how that is happening, and I am sorry.  I hope that all my future
replies are better suited for the group.  :)

Problem 1 - Is there a Windows 1.3.4cvs that I can download, and
instructions on compiling?

Problem 2 - How do I stop Top Posting?  I have never been accused of that
before, and I do not want to become a felon.
