[Scribus] XML encoding of .sla ITEXT

Can someone provide a list of all the non-standard (e.g "&#x5") usage  
and what their UTF8 equivilents are?
e.g. &#x5  will be /u2028
It looks like &#x4 is a tab tho I'm not sure what the equivilent will  
(should) be.

Re: bug 0004050 et. al. and new file format work.

I need to parse the 1.3.3.2 SLA file and  pull out text with line  
breaks, paragraphs, etc.
