[Scribus] Bad link in the wiki FR for "Césures"

The following link

is supposed to bring up the archive of the ML about hyphenation.

But in fact the link leads to an error page.

I can't seem to find this particular page in the archive.

Can anyone direct me to the correct link? I will put it on the wiki.
