If someone says something negative about you the natural tendency is to 
return a negative. Now if this isn't done new light comes out. So if 
someone throws a 'dirty ball' at you, don't catch it, much less return 
it to the thrower. Anger is brought out through anger, kindness through 
kindness, respect through respect, gentleness through gentleness, love 
through love.
