[Scribus] Inkscape to Scribus to pdf

If i create a color graphic in Inkscape, which is a vector drawing 
program that works only in B/W or RGB,  then import it into Scribus, 
and save the Scribus document as PDF, will the Inkscape graphic be 
automatically translated into CMYK? 

If so, then what settings do I need to check to be sure that the 
output PDF  document is in the CMYK color model?
