[Scribus] .sla.gz file association in Windows

AFAIK it's a limitation in Windows coming straight from the DOS era - only the 
part after ther last . is used for filetype identification...
Of course you can remap it the way all .gz files are opened by Scribus but 
that wouldn't be good anyway :/
