[Scribus] Colour wheel

May I wish  Scribus users and Developers a very Happy Christmas and a top New year.


It seems that there is no correlation between the colours shown in the 
<properties><Colours> selection panel and the Scribus colour wheel.

The <Extras><colour wheel>  gives CMYK,
the <properties><Colours> dialog gives names
the <Edti><Colours> gives both RGB and CMYK
but
CMYK is in percentages which bear no relationship to the colour wheel

How can I get all 3 to interact together to create new colours with their 
Complimentary and analogous pairs

Can this be a new feature of Scribus if it is not already
