[Scribus] spellcheck for Scribus

With all due respect, this is a rediculous "fact" in my not so humble 
opinion.. editing in frames is important. Think anything from one line 
headings on posters, to text spellchecked with the wrong language in the 
other software.

Not all pages of a document are about design, especially if master pages are 
used.

Think outside of the professional world. There's lots of situations outside of 
that scope where spellchecking is needed. Also, copy paste from external 
applications, like web browsers etc..

Please request that InDesign has its checker removed too :)
