I can help with this. I'm a professional translator/interpreter
between Spanish and English. In fact, I just got home from a long job.
Do I understand right that the deadline is Sunday night?

At least where I've been, there are subtle but very real cultural
reasons that free software is slow to take hold, and creative desktop
apps like Scribus even more so. I'll regale you with them some time
when my brain isn't so fried.
