[Scribus] debian repository permission problem

Hello,

I just tried to download

http://debian.scribus.net/debian/dists/stable/main/binary-i386/scribus_1.2.5.dfsg-1_i386.deb

but got

You don't have permission to access
/debian/dists/stable/main/binary-i386/scribus_1.2.5.dfsg-1_i386.deb on
this server.

I know the package is old.  I just stumbled over it when doing a reinstall.
