[Scribus] Textcolor doesn't work

Now I understand. The pen makes the outline of the letters, the bucket makes
the ground color.
Anyway, that was not whole my screen you could see on the image, I cropped
it. My monitor is not the best one, but not so bad as you believed because
of the Printscreen.
