[Scribus] end-to-end publishing solution??

Hello,
At the request of (I think) Andreas Vox over at the wiki page for this
project, I added a more detailed use case. Please feel free to use it to
think more deeply about solving these problems. I'll jump in as we get
more meat on the bones...
