Monies raised would end up in the Team's (read, foundation's) bank account. It 
would be used as appropriate in sponsorship for travel to events, sponsorship 
for things like hosting, promotion etc. There would not be any set purpose, 
however it would not be misappropriated as it would only be used to further 
the development of Scribus.

Anything such as a t-shirt or whatever would be sold to raise funds and 
promote. Trusted members of the contributor group might be able to take them 
to events that the team could not get to, etc.
