It seems that it was made in Inkscape, but when I open it in my Ver 0.45, it neither sets out or renders some frames all that well.

What version of Inkscape was used to make it?

Importing into 1.3.3.9 and 1.3.4 brings out an unsupported features warning.

Or is this problem just me and Ubuntu?
