[Scribus] Cannot manually change frame width/height

Reporting regarding this bug on a Feisty Fawn installation on a 1GHz  
Celeron using an English install, I do not find the reported error. I  
realize that it had been said to happen in association with non-english  
languages, but I do hope that this helps.
