There was an issue with this link yesterday  ? it would download an empty
file. I had to click on the alternative link on the download page to get the
file, including the Scribus and Python ones.

When you unpack it, you should have a Ghostscript.framework folder with
> subfolders "bin", "Headers", "Resources" and "Versions".
