[Scribus] Compiling problem: 2.Turn off optimization.

Right now the most usable method I have to fix
my memory problems compiling scribus-1.3.4 is
to turn off optimization.I only have 160MB RAM. 

With autotools the --no-opt option is used
to turn off optimization in gcc,how can
I turn off optimization with cmake?
