Yep, it is. You'll run into some interesting issues with some of the
libraries Scribus depends on, problems with calling convention
mismatches, and all sorts of joy. Some adaptation of the cmake files is
needed too, but that's not as bad.

I haven't made it work yet, though I'll admit I didn't persevere overly
hard in either attempt.
