[Scribus] columns pages

dear users,
I'm making a book with scribus 1.3.3.6 on windows.
I set up the pages with 2 columns, but the text lines aren't aligned. 
Someone knows why? What can I do to aligne the text lines? in the text, 
there are titols bigger than other paragraphs..., may be this the 
problem, but in the books there are titols... :-)
