[Scribus] Scribus Tutorial

Can anyone here point me to a comprehensive tutorial on the use of Scribus?

I've been using Ventura Publisher to produce a 6 to 8 page newsletteer each month for years 
and I guess I'm just stuck in the ways of Ventura, but I feel that the capability is there in 
Scribus, but bringing it out is not intuitive -- at least not to me.
