[Scribus] PDF importing quality

Hello!

As far as I know, PDF rasterizing in Scribus is done by Ghostscript;
thus you can go to File -> Preferences -> External Tools and increase
the resolution it rasterizes at. But don't take my word for it, try it
out and see if it helps.
