[Scribus] Scripting bugs?

Hi all --

   Does the Python scripting work?  I've noticed a lot of strange
behavior, and it just doesn't seem ready for production.

   Currently, I'm reading a file and copying each line one-by-one into
a text frame, then looping over the text frame and selecting each
line, and setting a style.  However, only the last line gets a style
set on it.  Does anyone know why that might be happening?  Is there
any documentation anywhere for setStyle()?
   I'm using Scribus 1.3.3.9 currently.
