[Scribus] Scribus on Intel Mac

I'm using  Aqua Scribus 1.3.4 on an Intel MacBook.

I have no fonts and it tells me  my Ghostscript isn't there so no EPS  
or print preview.

I put Ghostscripts  and the python into both the Libraries inside the  
frameworks.

Ironically, I had much better luck installing Scribus onto Windows  
2000 I have
running on my Parallels Virtualization software.

Perhaps I shouldn't keep trying but hey I'd like native Mac OS X if  
possible.

I tried googling for a solution but got nowhere.

Please direct me to anything already written if possible.
