[Scribus] Scribus on MacPorts compiles, runs and ... results in plenty of X errors

What version of Scribus? Where were the sources from? Scribus SVN?
Scribus snapshot tarball? Scribus release tarball? from MacPorts? If so,
what version/package?

Those errors could easily be related to Scribus or to Qt . If your Qt
includes the Qt demo applications, consider firing up a few of those and
making sure they don't have the same issues.
