[Scribus] line spacing in text frame

Using Scribus 1.3.3.10svn, we are not able to adjust the spacing between lines
in the text frame. Before we could use the paragraph styles option to adjust the
spacing but now nothing seems to work under that for adjustment.  Has something
changed on this version or are we doing something wrong?
