Simply by sizing your images and/or colored areas such that they extend 
beyond where the page will be trimmed. That means, of course, that a 
little bit will be lost at the edge. It would be nice if you could size 
your graphics exactly at the finished size and have the page trimmed 
exactly at the edge of the graphics, but no printer anywhere can trim a 
production run with that level of precision.
