Hi,

First it looks like you have the obsolete version of Scribus shipped
with Feisty.

Please update with instructions
here:http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Getting_Scribus_on_Ubuntu/Kubuntu_up_and_running
http://debian.scribus.net and some strongly recommended hints here:

Next, forget about color management and try exporting PDF with the
'Screen/Web' option and then print from Acrobat Reader  - not Evince.

This kinf of inkjet printer is an 'RGB' device and expects RGB data, not
CMYK. The driver and printer internals handle the conversion.
