[Scribus] Font : Mistral

All,

I am looking for an Open version of a font named MISTRAL 
(http://www.1001fonts.com/search.html?query=mistral).

So far my search has lead me to URW Mistral, which I thought would be 
free to use.

Many eyes are better than just 2... Does someone know if Mistral or a 
very close lookalike exist somewhere legally free to use?

Will post on dedicated forums and will not pollute this mailing list 
with this offtopic question. Please reply offlist. Thanks for your help.
