[Scribus] File format specification 1.3.x?

Is there a document similar to

anywhere with information related to v.1.3.3.x? I'm attempting to
decipher the meaning of some of the attributes and even in the Help for
1.3.4 it's still showing the v1.2 format.
 
If there isn't and will never be for 1.3.3, is there a doc defining the
features in 1.3.4/5+ ?
