[Scribus] Page numbering - known bug or feature?

The wrong alignment of the page number is a bug. We should be using only 
one page number char. for any page number. There are quite a few bug 
reports on page number issues in the bug tracker. Don't be shy to add 
your voice there, if nobody mentioned this specific issue already.
