[Scribus] Is 1.3.4 stable enough

When I recently came upon Scribus, I went direct to the project home 
page because the horses mouth seemed to be the best place to get 
definitive information.

As I do want to use it for production work, I then downloaded the latest 
stable version, identified as 1.3.3.9.

Easy and delightful, if not bug free...
