[Scribus] Adding PDF External Links to website on a Master page not possible ?

Hi

I've been getting into using PDF links to external website in Scribus 
using 1.3.3.10 with Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon.

But I've found that if I try and add a PDF link on a master page, 
clicking to get the Annotation Options comes up with nothing, so I'm not 
able to add my weblinks.

Any idea why, or is this a bug/feature? Doesn't it work as its on a 
Master page in under all the main content?
