[Scribus] New section in Working with Scribus: How to begin

I've started a new section in this Wiki page:
http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Working_with_Scribus:_How_to_begin#Making_the_Most_of_Scribus

The idea here is to try to make newbies aware of some features of
Scribus that are there for more professional layout and greater ease in
accomplishing a task. We hear from many who obviously or admittedly
don't have a background in design or publishing, so consequently they
have no idea of why some Scribus features even exist.

So what I wanted to do with this section is to have a place for some
guidance and advice to newbies (to Scribus and to layout in general) so
that they don't overlook these features. My own experience has more to
do with rubbing elbows with some design students years ago, so I'm
hoping others will add to this section with some of the things that you
might point the way to for the newbies out there.

As always, we want to make full use of the rest of the Wiki, with links
to various other pages rather that using this section as a howto of its own.

Greg
