[Scribus] How can I resize an imported image in Scribus?

Hi All,

 

I have tried everthing I can think of to be able to resize an imported
image in Scribus.   The item menu gives me the option to resize frame to
image..but how do I do it the other way.

 

Surely it is possible as it seems such a standard option in other DTP
programs.  Currently I am having to measure the size on the page and
save my images as different sizes in Photoshop (which is very annoying!)

 

I have checked all the online documentation and to no avail......can
someone please help?  Am I overlooking something very simple?  I thought
I should just be able to drag out the Image frame?
