The next version of Scribus will include a full French translation of the 
offical docs and an almost complete German translation of the user docs. As 
for the Wiki, well, it's up to the users (including yourself) to translate 
English articles to French ;)

No. The glossary covers general design/typgraphy/printing terminology.
