[Scribus] Get Text... Filters

The video is a bit fast and doesn't show the preparation, which was only
to add the (arbitrary) "\h", "\b" and so on at the beginning of
paragraphs. You then set the filter to use these to choose a style for
the paragraph. I've imitated the video and everything else seems
