[Scribus] Is there any way to get Scribus to run faster on OS X?

Primarily, wait for the Qt4 version release, 1.3.5. While still a
development version it should give some improvement. 1.3.3.x and 1.3.4 still
suffer from all of the issues that Qt3.x has on OSX, plus they suffer from
old code, a lot of which has changed in 1.3.5.
