[scribus] How to open a specific page from a PDF?

Hi Greg
First at all my apologies for the sending of HTML,
just I corrected the configuration in TB.
My question went better around the possibility of
opening from a web site a specific page of a PDF
created by Scribus.
Thanks also to Henry and Jeff for their comments.
I will try Henry's options and I'll let you know
