[scribus] Distance of Text in text frame?

Hi

What api can I use to set distance of Text in text frame from top through 
script? Please advise.

Environment: Windows Server 2003, Scribus 1.3.3.12

I already tried scribus.setTextDistances(left, right, top, bottom, id). It 
is undocumented and was suggested somewhere on net.
