[scribus] Cannot find plugins after compilation

I would have been delighted to use your package, but last week I 
couldn't find an AMD64 package of 1.3.3.12 for Etch in your repository. 
Now I see there is one, dated 22 August - whoohoo! I've installed it and 
it's working great, no plugin problems.
